DETAILS

CROMOCORD KV3HR is a basic coated 2,25%Cr 1%Mo electrode suitable for welding creep resistant steels like 10CrMo9-10, 12CrMo9-10, SA387 Gr22Cl1 and Cl2, SA 182 F22, SA 335 Gr P22, and similar.

Features

  • The weld metal chemistry is low in impurity elements which allows to guarantee X-Factor<15ppm and J-Factor<150ppm
  • Excellent tensile strength at high temperature, approved up to +600°C.
  • Very low diffusible hydrogen (HD<4ml/100g).
