Coordinated Motion
AD1253-6-FI
Coordinated motion simplifies setup and reduces expense when applying auxiliary axis positioners. The Coordinated Jogging feature allows quick program creation by enabling the programmer to jog the robot and positioner simultaneously, maintaining relative gun angles and stand-off distances. Weld travel speed remains constant while the robot moves in conjunction with the auxiliary axis. Requires FANUC aux axis hardware. Includes Multi-Group software option. Note: Requires Constant Path option.
Torch Mate 3
AD1253-20-FI
The TorchMate 3 option provides a cost effective, easy-to-use solution for automatic adjustment of the Tool Center Point (TCP). TorchMate 3 automatically compensates for bent torch barrels and worn contact tips to reduce weld defects and increase system productivity. The Torch Mate block can be purchased separately.
Data Monitor for Arc Welding
AD1253-13-FI
Data Monitor can monitor and record important process parameters. It can alert you to a parameter going out of limit and it can record data for use in a quality record. Data Monitor operates much like a strip chart recorder or a data acquisition system. Note: Does not collect travel distance information for 2nd robot of a Dual ARM configuration
DCS Pos/Speed Check Package
AD1253-430
Includes DCS Speed and Position Check and DCS Visualization. The Speed and Position check option allows customers to restrict robot work envelop and or robot speed through zone/speed setup. The Visualization option allows DCS models to be seen on the TP screen for diagnostic purposes. With appropriate risk analysis, DCS option could be used to restrict robot work envelope per RIA guidelines. R-30iA Controllers provide (4) safety inputs to enable/disable DCS zone/speed check to meet application requirements. NOTE: This option must be installed during the initial loading of software. It cannot be loaded with a PAC code.
