LINCORE® 40-O Flux-Cored Self-Shielded Wire is ideal to be used on low carbon, low alloy steels, rollers and shafts for metal-to-metal mild abrasion wear (Metal to Metal)

DETAILS

LINCORE® 40-O provides higher hardness for metal-to-metal wear and mild abrasion on transfer tractor rolls, mine car wheels, guide rollers, bucket links, bases, actuating cams, crane wheels and shafts application offers unlimited layers with proper preheat and interpass temperatures and procedures.

NOTES

Note
Cold parts should be warmed to at least 25°C (75°F). Higher preheat of 150 - 260°C (300 - 500°F) may be necessary on thick parts or heavy sections.
Interpass temperatures between 150°C (300°F) and 200°C (400°F) do not affect the hardness of Lincore® 40-O significantly.
