Weld metal takes all of its alloy from the cover. Suitable for welding 9% Cr - 1% Mo steels with high creep resistance and especially T91 / P91 steels. Thanks to its Niobium (Nb), Vanadium (V) and Nitrogen (N) content, it provides better creep resistance and toughness value in the weld metal.
Features
- It was specially developed for power plants and the petro-chemical industry. Before welding, the workpiece should be heated up to 200 ° C and the temperature of the workpiece should be kept between 200 ° C and 300 ° C during welding.
- It can be used in all positions except top down.
